Dental Implants are Revolutionary!
Dental implants are one of the most amazing technologies to come to dentistry in the last few decades. They have revolutionized the treatment solutions we have to offer. Whether you have just one tooth missing or several teeth missing, implants can help improve treatment satisfaction significantly.
Replace One Tooth – Single Implant
Single teeth can be replaced so that they look and feel just like the original. They are hard to tell apart from your natural teeth. Dental implants are unlike a traditional bridge that relies on the adjacent teeth. With dental implants the adjacent teeth are not touched. Implants have better longevity than a bridge or a partial denture.
Replace Multiple Teeth – Implant-supported Bridge
Multiple teeth can be replaced with an implant-supported bridge. Much like a traditional bridge, an implant is placed at each end of the gap. A bridge is then constructed to cover the implants and fill in the missing teeth.
In addition to replacing single teeth and groups of teeth, implants can be an incredible help for patients who have trouble wearing dentures and partials. Learn more about implant dentures on our implant denture page.
We use the very latest advances in guided surgery to ensure the best possible result – natural looking teeth.
All of our cases are planned using a combination of cone beam imaging (DICOM files) merged with optically scanned imaging (STL files) to produce a guided surgical splint that precisely places the implant in the optimal position. We do not “freehand” surgeries due to the lack of precision.
